Falselife Casualty Simulation http://www.falselifecasualty.com Artificial Life for Realistic Situations Sat, 01 Apr 2017 18:13:09 +0000 en-CA hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=5.4.2 News: WSIB Kits http://www.falselifecasualty.com/?p=59 Mon, 27 Feb 2017 20:26:13 +0000 http://www.falselifecasualty.com/?p=59 In the coming months, Falselife will be working with professionals in the industry to create a “WSIB Kit” for trainers. This kit will follow the training guidelines for injuries. The product will be targeted to First Aid trainers with the goal of being able to effectively cover more ground in training scenarios while aiding in compliance of the WSIB course.

This kit will provide trainers with quick access to wounds and injuries as required by the course guidelines. Trainers will benefit from reduced classroom prep times while introducing their students to products that will enable them to realistically envision themselves administering medical attention.

Falselife is not affiliated with the WSIB at this time. For any inquiries, please reach out to us at falselifecasualty@gmail.com.

Testimonial: Volunteer Firefighters http://www.falselifecasualty.com/?p=61 Wed, 22 Feb 2017 20:26:43 +0000 http://www.falselifecasualty.com/?p=61 In my past experiences participating in volunteer fire department training, it isn’t easy to show what it’s like at a real-life call. We found that by working closely with Falselife we were able to bring a more realistic aspect to our training. The wounds they make are very user friendly and work great to cut down on the time you spend getting training ready; leaving more time to actually train.

We found that dressing and treating the wounds was very much like real life. After using their products the firefighters felt they were better prepared for real life situations. The products were easy to clean and get ready for use again.

Working with Falselife was a great experience. They were very friendly, and offered great advice on which products would work best for us. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to change the way they do their training by adding a real-life component to it.

Thank you Falselife for a great product that we will use for years to come.

News: Hands, Feet and Other Bits and Pieces http://www.falselifecasualty.com/?p=57 Thu, 15 Dec 2016 20:25:36 +0000 http://www.falselifecasualty.com/?p=57 Falselife is currently in the process of creating master molds for hands, feet and other body parts. There will be a focus on pre-teen body parts. Unfortunately, accidents do not discriminate; it necessary to encompass age groups other than adult when creating casualty simulation products. We are excited to launch this new line of products, allowing trainers to create scenarios involving participants of all ages. These products will be available for purchase in Spring 2017.

Feedback is always welcome and encouraged. If you are a trainer and have an idea for a product that would aid in your training, please feel free to e-mail us at falselifecasualty@gmail.com.
